We all want those killer glutes that look great in our skinny jeans. There are tons of exercises that focus on building up the booty but the two famous workouts are squats and lunges. Which one is better?
Actually, it's not a which is better but more of both are necessary. These two workouts are like Peanut butter and jelly. They go together. Each one helps build areas of our backside. They both target the gluteus maximus (which is the largest muscle in our butt) but lunges tend to work your hamstrings and gluteus mediums (second largest booty muscle).
So keep both workouts in your routine if you want that Kim K. Booty!
