Coco Butter (Theobroma)
Cocoa butter pods are grown on the Evergreen Cocoa trees in Brazil. This ingredient is high in antioxidants, which is good for skin care products because it fights off free radicals, increases blood circulation which helps reduce breakouts and wrinkles. It’s also good for hair because it prevents hair loss and allows the hair to grow in richer.

Shea Butter (Vitellaria paradoxa)
Shea butter comes from Sahel, Africa and  softens, soothes, and moisturizes hair by locking in moisture. It has high levels of vitamin A and E which are needed to help improve skin conditions like eczema. Shea butter is a good antioxidant, has anti inflammatory properties, sun protection, healing agent and is great when used as a sealer. Shea butter is not a moisturizer but should always be used to seal in moisture. Apply to damp skin or hair.

Babassau Oil

 Babassu (Orbignya oleifera) oil is extracted from the kernels of the Brazilian Babassu plant (also known as crusi). Babassu oil is similar to coconut oil, as it is non-drying and contains approximately 70 percent lipids. Babassu oil is a natural emollient with restorative properties for dry and flaky skin. Meaning, it’s also great for dandruff and irritated scalps.

 

 

Coconut Milk

Coconut milk is an excellent hair moisturizer that can be used as a leave-in conditioner, detangler, or even to replace your shampoo. It is also known for preventing hair loss and treating dry scalp. Coconut milk contains a generous amount of vitamin C, E, Magnesium, and Iron.

Almond Oil (Prunus dulcis tree)
Helps to soften and moisturize hair and body. It adds softness, shine, protects from styling damage, restores moisture to scalp, and helps soothe damaged ends. Almond oil has the ability to do all this because it is high in Omega-3. Omega-3 has the power to fight dryness and reduce circulation to the scalp. It adds polish, radiance, and resilience to your hair. Omega-3 also aids in hair regrowth, it grows in quicker, thicker, and stronger.

Aloe Vera Gel/Juice (Barbadensis Miller)
Aloe vera is a plant that originated in Sudan. It gradually got popular for the way it healed wounds, moisturized skin, aided in digestion, and many other uses. The aloe vera leaves produce a mucilage liquid, which means it's thick, like gel. This is why it can be called aloe vera gel. It's used for hair because it provides moisture and shine, it helps prevent hair loss and dandruff, as well as allowing the hair to grow in thicker and stronger.


Argan Oil
All natural moisturizer for skin and hair. It is rich with vitamin A and vitamin E. However, argan oil is also packed with anti-oxidants, Omega-6 fatty acids, and linoleic acid. Research shows that when applied to skin, it eases inflammation while moisturizing the skin. Argan oil helps to tame frizz and fly-aways, protect against the heat of hair dryers, curlers and flat irons, all the while promoting body, and a healthy shine.

Avocado (Persea Americana)
The avocado tree is native to Central America and Mexico. Avocado oil can be extracted from the fruit and used to provide nutrients for the hair and skin. It is full of monounsaturated fatty acids. This provides your hair with moisture, strength, and acts as a shield to protect hair from becoming damaged from heat. It also helps the hair grow in stronger because the oil activates blood flow to the roots of your hair. The oil also has a large amount of vitamin E and antioxidants. This allows the oil to protect, grow, unclog roots, and strengthen your hair even more.

Botanicals
Our botanicals are a blend of Horsetail, Nettle, Melissa, Yucca, Grapefruit. These botanicals has soothing and conditioning benefits while also giving slip to products.

BTMS (Active Ingredients) 
BTMS is a conditioning emulsifier that aids in blending oil and water together.  BTMS is derived from colza oil.

Castor Oil (Ricinus communis)
Ricinus, a plant that sprouts beans that produce the oil, originated in the tombs of Egypt. China, India, and Brazil have become the major producers of this crop. Castor Oil improves circulation to the scalp which allows the hair to grow faster. It also prevents hair loss, repairs damaged ends, and provides moisture for the scalp.

Coconut Oil (Cocos nicifera)
Coconut oil promotes hair growth, makes the hair stronger, and it reduces breakage. It’s very high in triglycerides (saturated fatty acids) and vitamin E, which protect the skin and hair from becoming damaged from things like the sun and free radicals. Coconut oil also gives your hair sheen, it allows moisture to penetrate your hair follicles giving the hair a soft texture. 


Citric Acid 
Citric acid occurs naturally in citrus fruits. We use citric acid to bring down the ph levels of our products, ensuring that all products are ph balanced.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
EVOO is a great source of vitamin A and vitamin E. Both these vitamins provide nutrients and protection for the hair and skin. The oil is able to get deep into the root of your hair and moisturize the scalp making sure it gets all the nutrients it needs. The oil does the same for the skin. It protects and moisturizes deep into the skin, leaving your skin silky smooth.

Hemp Seed (Canabis sativa)
Hemp seed has high levels of Omega-3, Omega-6, and vitamin E which are nutrients that moisturize your hair. The oil extracted from the seeds is a great conditioner and moisturizer, it stimulates hair growth and strengthens the hair.

Honey
Honey contains vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, it has antibacterial properties, and even acts as a humectant which means it attracts moisture. It is antibacterial which allows it to clarify skin by unclogging and opening pores.  Raw honey is an emollient which is a natural softener, an antioxidant which promotes hair growth, and humectant which helps prevent the loss of moisture, also an antiseptic and antibacterial property, and it can bring back the lost sheen to your hair.

Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia Chinensis)
Jojoba oil is very efficient when treating dry and damaged hair because it treats the scalp with it’s antibacterial properties, and healthy hair starts at the root. It also contains vitamins B and E, and minerals like copper, chromium and zinc which aid in hair growth and protection of the cuticle, scalp, and individual strands. They also aid in hair growth.

Lavender is a natural anti-inflammatory which allows it to keep your scalp healthy. Because lavender is a soothing oil it also helps you relax and studies show that high stress levels lead to hair loss and scalp issues, like alopecia. Lavender is added to the product to give it a scent, a soothing scent, and to aid in the healthiness of the scalp.

Peppermint Oil (Mentha piperita)
Peppermint oil helps hair grow, cures dry scalp, and stops hair loss. It also helps reduce excessive oil that the scalp produces. It balances the scalps pH level and gives a great tingling sensation. This oil helps get rid of oily or dry scalp. The oil penetrates and stimulates the hair follicle, this improves blood circulation to the scalp which allows the hair follicles to grow as much as possible, enhancing hair growth.

Rosemary helps hair grow because it stimulates the scalp improving circulation to the roots. It also protects the skin from the sun, provides moisture, gently cleans hair, adds sheen, and ensures a healthy, dandruff free scalp.

Silk Amino Acids 
SAA is a protein that really penetrates the hair to provide nourishment and strength. It helps rebuild strength to chemically damaged hair. It leaves your hair soft, silky, and smooth. It does not weigh the hair down or cause product buildup.  Silk proteins that binds the tiny fibers in silk. They are used to prevent dehydration of the hair and skin, when applied to the hair the protein binds to the already keratin protein that is in the hair naturally. This creates and barrier in order to keep the moisture in. Silk amino acids come from  the silk moth caterpillar.

Sunflower Oil
An oil wealthy in oleic acids with high amounts of vitamins A, D, and E, it also has beneficial amounts of lecithin, and unsaturated fatty acids. It is deeply nourishing and conditioning for the skin.


Vegetable Glycerin 
Vegetable glycerin is a humectant that has supreme softening, conditioning and moisturizing properties. It helps retain moisture in the hair.
Vitamin E
Vitamin E promotes hair growth because it increases the blood flow to the scalp, it prevents premature graying through it's potent antioxidants, this vitamin gives you shiny ad strong hair, it even repairs split ends.
