You may return most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is due to you no longer wanting the product, you are required to pay for the shipping, which will not be refundable.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We do need to have a tracking number to issue a refund prior to the items being returned.
If you need to return an item, simply email us with your order number and we will respond within 24 to 48 hours. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once it has been issued back to your method of payment.

Many countries periodically update trade rules that may affect beauty, cosmetic, herbal, or liquid-based products entering their borders. These changes can include:
Temporary government blocks on certain product categories
Restrictions that only allow business-to-business cosmetic shipments
Additional tariffs, taxes, or duties charged by customs
Import limits based on product type, ingredient categories, or package weight
Random customs inspections that may delay or reject shipments
Unfortunately, these decisions are made solely by the receiving country’s customs authority and are completely outside of our control.
If Your Country Rejects or Returns the Package
If an international shipment is rejected, returned, or denied entry due to customs, tariffs, or updated government policies:
Customs refusing delivery
Duties, taxes, or import fees
Government or customs “restricted product” decisions
Lost packages held or destroyed by customs
Return shipping fees or reshipment fees
We will always do our part to ship your order correctly and on time, but we cannot override your country’s import laws.
If your package is returned to us in good condition:
We will issue a refund for the product cost only
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If customs charges return-to-sender fees, those will be deducted from your refund
We can reship the order, but the customer must pay new shipping charges
If customs destroys or disposes of the package, no refund can be issued.
To avoid issues, please:
Check your country’s current import rules before ordering
Ensure your address includes legal name, phone number, and full details
Use a local freight forwarder if your country restricts direct shipments
Consider using a business address if your country only accepts B2B cosmetic imports
Policies can change at any time, especially within the European Union, so staying updated ensures smoother delivery.
We have recently been notified that the EU temporarily restricted certain cosmetic imports to “business-to-business only.” This was not previously announced, and we were not notified before the shipment was denied. Other EU countries may adopt similar temporary rules, and customers are encouraged to verify before purchasing.
