Directions: Apply to freshly washed hair, comb through and leave on for 30 to 45 minutes then rinse well. Can also be used as a pre-treatment before shampooing. For low porosity hair, use every 4 weeks. For high porosity hair, use every 2 to 4 weeks. Protein sensitive hair, may need to use it every 6 weeks or as needed.
